David started his career at Hillier Parker (then known as Hillier Parker May and Rowden), followed by a move to Anthony Lipton. He joined Pilcher Hershman 24 years ago. David specialises in the commercial investment sector. He has been in the property business for almost 40 years, acting confidentially for high net-worth individuals, property companies and institutional investors, covering both buying and selling projects. He not only has an exceptional knowledge of Central London but also has specialised knowledge of major cities throughout the country.
David’s Professional Focus:
Throughout my career, my inspiration has largely been influenced by investors such as Irvine Sellar, Stuart Lipton and Alan Sugar, all of whom had the insight to see that, by spending money on their buildings, they would reap the benefits to them of increased capital values. The sizes of such buildings are immaterial; to me, it is the concept that is the key factor. Often the buildings have some unique aspect to them and this adds to my satisfaction in sourcing them for our clients.
